2025 Deer District BID 53 Beers & Baseball Sweepstakes
Official Rules

(1) NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING WILL DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED FOR THE APPLICABLE SWEEPSTAKES. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

(2) Eligibility: The 2025 Deer District BID 53 Beers & Baseball Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of Wisconsin who are, at the time of entry, eighteen (18) years of age or older. Members and/or employees of Deer District BID 53 (“BID 53”), Milwaukee Bucks, LLC (“MBL”) (owner and operator of the National Basketball Association (“NBA”) franchise known as the Milwaukee Bucks (the “Bucks”), the NBA and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. (collectively, the “NBA Entities”), Tradable Bits Media Inc., Milwaukee DD Lodging Investors, LLC, The Explorium Brewpub, LLC, HRED Sports Bar LLC, 190 Octane Retail, LLC, Insomnia Cookies Operators, LLC, NFMKE Inc., Wisconsinbly Holdings, LLC, AntetokounBros MKE LLC, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, owners, employees, agents, marketing agencies, and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) (all together, the “Released Parties”), are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations.

(3) How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Term (defined below), an eligible entrant may enter by one (1) of the following methods:

(A) Online Entry: Go to https://tradablebits.com/tb_app/531665 and click on the banners, buttons, and/or links to access the online entry form for the Sweepstakes. By successfully transmitting a completed entry form during the Sweepstakes Term (defined below) as directed, you will automatically receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the online entry form to be eligible.

(B) Local Business Spend: Spend Ten Dollars ($10.00) at any one (1) of the local participating businesses (including The Trade Hotel, Explorium Distilled, The MECCA Sports Bar & Grill, Fat Tuesday, Insomnia Cookies, The New Fashioned, Drink Wisconsinbly Pub, or AntetokounBros) to receive one (1) entry form. Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional information requested on the entry form to be eligible including their name, phone number, and email address, and drop the entry form at the BID 53-designated location at The Beer Garden located at 1133 N Doctor M.L.K. Jr. Drive, Milwaukee, WI 53203. Entries must be legibly hand-written.
Incomplete and/or inaccurate entries are void. All entries must include a valid email address for the entrant. Late entries will not be eligible for the Sweepstakes. BID 53 is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, corrupted, or misdirected entries. All non-winning eligible entries from the first Drawing Date (defined below) will not rollover and not remain eligible for all, if any, remaining Drawing Dates, except that all entries will remain eligible for the Grand Prize (defined below). Any individual who attempts to enter the Sweepstakes in excess of the disclosed maximum, by any means, including, but not limited to, using multiple addresses, will be disqualified from participation in the Sweepstakes. No other methods of entry will be accepted. All information submitted online by entrants is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, the Deer District’s Terms of Use accessible at https://deerdistrict.com/terms-of-use and Privacy Policy accessible at https://deerdistrict.com/privacy-policy.

(4) Sweepstakes Term: The Sweepstakes will commence on September 5, 2025 at 5:40PM Central Time and will end on September 26, 2025 at 11:59PM Central Time or such earlier time as determined by BID 53 in its sole discretion (the “Sweepstakes Term”).

(5) Prizewinner(s) Selection: On each drawing date set forth in the table below (each, a “Drawing Date”), one (1) potential prizewinner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries received on such Drawing Date at random intervals throughout such Drawing Date (e.g., one (1) or multiple potential prizewinners may be selected) to win a First Prize (defined below) . In addition, on September 26, 2025, one (1) entrant will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Term to win the Grand Prize (defined below).

Each potential prizewinner will be notified by phone and/or email, as determined by BID 53 in its sole discretion, on the Drawing Date (“Prize Notification”). Each potential prizewinner will have twenty-four (24) hours from the time of issuance of Prize Notification to respond to the Prize Notification (the “Required Response Time”). In the event that a potential prizewinner does not respond to the Prize Notification within the Required Response Time, declines the Prize (defined below) or any portion thereof for any reason, or the Prize Notification is labeled as undeliverable, a disqualification will result, such Prize will be forfeited and, at BID 53’s sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential prizewinner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Term. Chances of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Term.

Each potential prizewinner may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and return same, properly executed, within seven (7) days of issuance of the Prize. Failure to return a signed Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within seven (7) days may result in forfeiture of the Prize. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, each potential winner will be declared the official winner of the Sweepstakes (the “Winner”). The decisions of BID 53 are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

(6) Sweepstakes Prize and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): The total number of First Prizes awarded will vary.

(A) First Prize: Each Winner (with the exception of the Winner of the Grand Prize) will receive one (1) of the following Prizes, as determined by BID 53 in its sole discretion (each, a “First Prize”; collectively, the “First Prizes”):
(i) one (1) Five Dollar ($5.00) gift card to Drink Wisconsinbly Pub (ARV $5.00);
(ii) one (1) Five Dollar ($5.00) gift card to The MECCA Bar & Grill (ARV $5.00);
(iii) one (1) The New Fashioned pull-tab (ARV: $8.00);
(iv) one (1) drink coupon to be used for one (1) complimentary beverage (non-alcoholic or alcoholic to those individuals aged twenty-one (21) or older only) to Explorium Distilled located in Deer District only (ARV $10.00);
(v) one (1) Trade Hotel luggage tag (ARV $10.00);
(vi) one (1) AntetokounBros lanyard (ARV $6.00); or
(vii) one (1) Five Dollar ($5.00) AntetokounBros gift card (ARV $5.00).

(B) Grand Prize: One (1) Winner will receive (i) one (1) One Hundred Fifty Dollar ($150.00) gift card to the Bucks Pro Shop located at Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee, Wisconsin only; (b) one Fifty Dollar ($50.00) gift card to the AntetokounBros store located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; and (1) BID 53 prize pack, with exact items to be selected by BID 53 in its sole discretion (the “Grand Prize” and together with the First Prize, the “Prize(s)”) The ARV of the Grand Prize is $250.00. The ARV if all Prizes are awarded is $680.00.

All decisions relating to the items awarded as part of the Prize, including the color(s), amount(s), size(s), material, edition, if any and as applicable, shall be determined by BID 53 in its sole discretion. Each Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable to any other person including relatives or friends. Any attempt to transfer, assign, or sell a Prize without the express written consent of BID 53 may result in forfeiture of such Prize at BID 53’s sole discretion. All gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions stated thereon as well as such other terms and conditions applicable to such gift cards, which, solely in the case of gift cards for the Bucks Pro Shop, are available at https://www.nba.com/bucks/shop/gift-cards. No cash value. Valid at participating locations. Winners are responsible for any sales tax.

All applicable U.S., federal, state, and local taxes, duties, or other taxes or fees are the sole responsibility of each Winner, who may be issued a 1099 IRS tax form for the ARV of the Winner’s Prize. Each Prize consists only of items specifically listed as part of such Prize. Each Prize is not redeemable for cash. No cash alternative or Prize substitutions will be allowed except as determined by BID 53, in its sole discretion. Times, dates, and locations herein, are subject to change and cancellation outside of BID 53’s control or in BID 53’s sole discretion. If any events are canceled, suspended, not completed, or not played for any reason, BID 53 has no further obligation to the Winner to replace or substitute events.

(7) Release: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to accept and abide by these Official Sweepstakes Rules and agrees that any dispute with regard to the conduct of the Sweepstakes, rule interpretation, or award of a Prize shall be submitted to BID 53, whose decision shall be binding and final. By participating, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Parties, X Corp. or Twitter, Inc. ("X"), Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”), Apple, Inc., and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies from any injury, loss, or damage to any person, including death, or property due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly, to the acceptance or use/misuse of a Prize (or any portion thereof), participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, including travel related to the receipt or use of a Prize (or any portion thereof), or participation in the Sweepstakes.
BID 53 is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of each Prize, including erroneous appearance of qualification for a Prize, and under no circumstances will more than the stated number of Prizes be awarded. If for any reason BID 53 is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is severely undermined by any event including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike (including, but not limited to, by NBA players, owners, or referees), act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation (including prohibitions and restrictions), order of any court or jurisdiction, then BID 53 shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Sweepstakes without any further obligation. If BID 53, in its sole discretion, elects to so abbreviate the Sweepstakes, BID 53 reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the Prize from among all eligible entries received to date. All entries are the property of BID 53 and are not returnable.

The use of any automated devices in connection with the Sweepstakes is prohibited. BID 53 assumes no responsibility for computer system, hardware, software, or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, delayed computer transactions, or network connections, whether human, technical, or otherwise in nature. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY COMPUTERIZED SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, BID 53 RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. BID 53 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, or other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes. BID 53 is not responsible for any injury or damage to any person’s computer or related equipment resulting from or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or downloading any material related to the Sweepstakes. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. In the event of a dispute, the potential prizewinner may be required to provide proof that he or she is the authorized holder of the identified e-mail account.

(8) Publicity Release: By participating in the Sweepstakes and submitting an entry, each entrant agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of the entrant’s name, photograph, voice, statement, and/or other likeness in any and all advertising, promotions, and/or any other publicity, in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, conducted by the Released Parties, except where prohibited by law.

(9) Sweepstakes Administration & Marketing: Entrants may be contacted for purposes of Sweepstakes administration using the contact information provided by the entrant (e.g., winner notification). Each entrant may also be asked, but is not obligated, to consent (or “opt-in”) to receive additional promotional emails or offers from BID 53 or its sponsors. Subject to entrant’s consent, entrant understands that BID 53 or its sponsors may use entrant’s information (including e-mail address) for marketing purposes and to provide entrant with information about the Bucks or its sponsor’s products, services, and special offers, and entrant expressly consents to the use of entrant’s information for such purposes. Deer District’s privacy policy is located at https://deerdistrict.com/privacy-policy/, and Fiserv Forum’s privacy policy is located at https://www.fiservforum.com/privacy-policy. Eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant’s consent to receive such emails and updates and consenting to receive such emails and updates will not impact any entrant’s chances of winning.

(10) Disputes/Choice of Law: This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin without regard to principles of conflicts of law. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be settled by final and binding arbitration in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered in such arbitration may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with thE SWEEPSTAKES or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal courts situated in Milwaukee, WISCONSIN, (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) no punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages, including, without limitation, lost profits, may be awarded (collectively, “Special Damages”), and (4) entrant hereby waives all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased. Wisconsin law, without reference to choice of law rules, governs the SwEEPSTAKES and all aspects related thereto.

(11) Winners’ List: For a list of the Winners’ names, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: 2025 Deer District BID 53 Beers & Baseball Sweepstakes, 1543 N. 2nd Street, 6th Floor, Milwaukee, WI 53212. Request must be received within thirty (30) days of the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Term.

(12) Sponsor: Deer District BID 53, 1543 N. 2nd Street, 6th Floor, Milwaukee, WI 53212.

(13) Apple, Inc. is not a sponsor of, or responsible for conducting, any Sweepstakes. All entry data provided online is provided to BID 53 and not to Meta or X. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta or X. TWITTER, TWEET, RETWEET, and the Twitter logo are trademarks of X Corp. or its affiliates.

(14) SWEEPSTAKES VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
