WEATHER UPDATE: DUE TO INCLEMENT THE CLASS ON JUNE 11 HAS BEEN CANCELED

Fitness on the Plaza, supported by Deer District BID 53, will return to the Plaza at Fiserv Forum this summer on Thursday evenings from May 7-Sept. 24 (exceptions apply). The free workouts will take place from 6-7 p.m. and consist of 45-minute full-body workout classes featuring cardio, bodyweight strength, core work and conditioning in partnership with Brew Fitness.

The workouts are scalable from beginner to seasoned workout fanatic. Attendees should bring a sweat towel and water to each class. Yoga mats are encouraged but not required. Workouts are followed by a weekly social event hosted by various Deer District tenants.

Registration is not required to attend. The fitness schedule is subject to change, and workouts will not be held on May 21, July 16, July 23 and Aug. 20.

May 28: Brew Fitness X TXL Strength on the Plaza

Strength on the Plaza with Brew Fitness & Trained X Laura combines the best of Milwaukee with the best of West Allis! We're collaborating on a 45-minute, full-body workout featuring cardio, bodyweight strength, core work, and conditioning, and EVERYONE is invited! Workouts are scalable for everyone, from beginner to the most seasoned workout fanatic.

June 4: Brew Fitness X [solidcore] X Lululemon Pride Workout

PRIDE on the Plaza! Celebrate inclusivity, community, and movement with Brew Fitness and [solidcore] for a 45-minute hybrid fusion workout blending cardio, bodyweight strength, conditioning, and — of course — a seriously solid core workout (see what we did there?). Whether you’re brand new to fitness or a seasoned workout fanatic, every movement can be scaled to your level. Plus, participants will have the chance to win some incredible raffle prizes courtesy of lululemon.

June 25: Brew Fitness X Collective Flow Yoga

Fitness + Flow on the Plaza with Brew Fitness and our friends at Collective Flow MKE brings together the best of both worlds in one energizing 45-minute session. You’ll move through alternating 10-minute blocks of yoga flow and bodyweight strength for a seamless fusion of mobility, mindfulness, and muscle-building work. It’s designed to keep things fresh, balanced, and anything but boring. Every segment is fully scalable, making it accessible for beginners while still challenging even the most seasoned fitness fanatics. Namaste!
