Note: The Monday, May 27th class has been canceled.
This is a small-group cross-training session with a combination of performance-based modalities such as mobility, cardio, strength training, and meditation. Your coach, Ambrose WB will "challenge by choice", meaning there will modifications and athletes get to choose how much they want to push themselves. So, everyone of all levels is more than welcome to join. All we ask that you bring are: gym clothes, shoes, and a water bottle. Optional, but recommended gear: a towel for sweat and any weight you want to push yourself (dumbbells/kettlebells)
